So here is the reason why I can recommend this company and why I can only give 10/10.

The owners put all their effort into creating the most memorable experience for their customers. Every time I dove with them they made sure I had the best of times. Everything was on point.

The service combined with the prices leave nothing to complain. I didn't find a cheaper price looking from Playa del Carmen down to Puerto Morelos. This is hence the owners do not believe in creating a fortune on the cost of tourists. However they are interested in their customers' lives and their experiences.

This family owned business is in its developing phase with very small room for improvement hence the service is the best I have experienced in years. As an instructor I know how hard their work can be, which is why I can only recommend their work even further.

So professionell und dermaßen engagiert wie dieser Shop ist aus meiner Sicht kaum einer. Die Preise hier sind die mit Abstand besten von Playa del Carmen bis runter nach Puerto Morelos.

Es rentiert sich mehr nach Puerto Morelos zu fahren und mit Dive Home tauchen zu gehen, als vor Ort zu gehen, da oft die Tauchshops dort die Preise miteinander aussprechen und somit die Kunden verarschen.

In diesem Familienbetrieb steht der Kunde im Vordergrund. Man wird oft gefragt wie und ob es einen gefällt. Das Interesse am Leben der Kunden ist hier sehr hoch. Ebenfalls wichtig ist für die Besitzer auch der Gesamteindruck welchen man in Mexico gewinnt.

Insgesamt kann ich diesem Betrieb nur die Bestnote geben, da hier die besten Preise auf den besten Service treffen.

They are extremely professional and take very good care of the people diving with them. Small boats and limited numbers of people on them make the dives so special. As an experienced diver I appreciated the fact that they trusted me to dive safely and I was able to be fairly free to go where I wanted and take pictures without feeling rushed or pressured to keep up with the group. The owners Gemma... read more and Adrian run a professional and family oriented dive shop with safety first. For our first dive we did the wreck. It was around 80 feet and we saw 8 Eagle rays, a large Loggerhead turtle, Lionfish and much more as we circumvented and penetrated the wreckage. Our second dive was a reef dive of about 40 feet. It had abundance of very colorful sea life and corals and made for a very exciting morning. I look forward to returning again to Puerto Morelos and diving with Adrian and someday his daughter will join us. …

  I booked a day of diving and a Whale Shark tour with Dive Home (Gemma and Adrian) through email and they are wonderful! I was traveling solo and only... read more diving one day, but they were very friendly and accommodating. They also helped me book a Whale Shark tour even though they didn't host the tour. Traveling solo and being the kind of person who needs everything in order, I was a pain. I asked a million questions via email, but they were always responsive and helpful. Once I arrived in Mexico, we switched our communication to Whats App and Gemma kept me in the loop with both tours, so I knew what was going on. My diving was changed from one day to another since I was solo and no one else was going out on the original day. After diving, I was able to leave my gear at a shop they partner with to dry out until the next day. Adrian was the Dive Master for my dives, one to the C-56 Shipwreck and one reef dive. He was great to dive with. He kept an eye on us, but never pushing us anywhere or hurrying us. He gave hand signals on where we were going and kept on the lookout for cool marine life. I would definitely recommend Dive Home to anyone diving in Puerto Morelos!

  We had a great experience at dive home in Puerto Morelos. After a 27 years break of diving we did a refreshing course with Adrien. His excellent explanation which we... read more got in the diving school we could later on under water easily remember. The atmosphere in the school was very relaxed and familiar. Our first dive after that long time we did with his wife Gemma. We stayed 83 minutes under water and enjoyed it very much. She took excellent care of us. We saw a lot of fish, corals, sponge and a turtle. After all this time dive home brought us back to diving and we will undertake more dives with them in the next days. Thank you Gemma and thank you Adrien!
