They said that technically they could take us, and some other dive shops would go and take our money, but they checked with local fishermen and they were all staying in port, so they recommended not going out on the water. We rescheduled for a few days later and since conditions were still not great, we dove at Los Ojos Cenote. It was an amazing experience I will not forget. These were the perfect dive guides and provided equipment that fit, and was in very good condition. I will certainly book with them the next time we are in Riviera Maya.

Adrian & Gema welcomed me with open arms & in a very friendly and professional way I can't say enough about them all what a great family Business including their two little girls & of course Adrian's dad Pepe & his mother (thanks for the golfing Pepe my mother & sister plus myself enjoyed it so much ⛳️) Plus a bonus of meeting Gema mom,dad & brother & his girlfriend from Span (plus there dog Elvis) . We dove a wreck dive and a reef dive and Adrian was so knowledgeable about the area and the dive sites. We had a great time with them and I would highly recommend this shop for anyone diving in the area. Next time we can't wait to go to the Cenotes with them.

  Wow! What an experience! Dive Home is definitely the best choice for diving in Puerto Morelos. I don’t know what was better, the outstanding dives including coral... read more walls and thousands of fish and aquatic life, or the warm Mexican hospitality of Gemma & Adrián. I have gone diving all over the world but I have never seen such beautiful coral formations or so many fish. The “Fish Market” dive had the most numerous and beautiful fish I’ve ever seen. It was my son’s first time diving and Adrián was extremely careful to ensure he was always safe and comfortable. I had also not gone diving for a few years and was quite nervous. The refresher provided along with the care provided made my transition back into diving extremely enjoyable. The second amazing benefit was the opportunity to meet such a warm and inviting family and experience the kind hospitality of the locals. I really enjoy interacting with the locals wherever I go and this gave us a great chance to meet a very nice family including their two beautiful little daughters and the family dog. They provided snacks, drinks and even cleaned our wetsuits when we were done! I can’t wait to go back! If you want a diving experience like no other, you must go with Dive Home!

The owners put all their effort into creating the most memorable experience for their customers. Every time I dove with them they made sure I had the best of times. Everything was on point.

The service combined with the prices leave nothing to complain. I didn't find a cheaper price looking from Playa del Carmen down to Puerto Morelos. This is hence the owners do not believe in creating a fortune on the cost of tourists. However they are interested in their customers' lives and their experiences.

This family owned business is in its developing phase with very small room for improvement hence the service is the best I have experienced in years. As an instructor I know how hard their work can be, which is why I can only recommend their work even further.

So professionell und dermaßen engagiert wie dieser Shop ist aus meiner Sicht kaum einer. Die Preise hier sind die mit Abstand besten von Playa del Carmen bis runter nach Puerto Morelos.

Es rentiert sich mehr nach Puerto Morelos zu fahren und mit Dive Home tauchen zu gehen, als vor Ort zu gehen, da oft die Tauchshops dort die Preise miteinander aussprechen und somit die Kunden verarschen.

In diesem Familienbetrieb steht der Kunde im Vordergrund. Man wird oft gefragt wie und ob es einen gefällt. Das Interesse am Leben der Kunden ist hier sehr hoch. Ebenfalls wichtig ist für die Besitzer auch der Gesamteindruck welchen man in Mexico gewinnt.

Insgesamt kann ich diesem Betrieb nur die Bestnote geben, da hier die besten Preise auf den besten Service treffen.

  There are so many great things to say about Dive Home. First off, we booked a reef dive prior to arriving at our resort but when we got there,... read more the weather wasn't the greatest for scuba diving - very windy. Adrian and Gemma came to our resort and were great at communicating why they thought it was not going to be a good trip if we decided to go out. They were very flexible and we all decided to postpone our dive trip for a few days and do a Cenote dive instead of a reef dive. They told us about their favorite Cenotes and we decided to go to Dos Ojos based on their recommendation. It did not disappoint.

This was all of our first time diving a Cenote and we were all a bit nervous. We greatly appreciated the time they took to help us feel comfortable going into a cavern. They even told us all about the history of the Cenotes and how they were formed - pretty amazing! Adrian and Gemma were very patient with us and made the entire experience one to remember. They were also really good at helping with the equipment which was included in the price. This was an amazing experience and I am glad we chose to go with Adrian and Gemma. We will be back next year and will absolutely be diving again with Dive Home.
