His excellent explanation which we... read more got in the diving school we could later on under water easily remember. The atmosphere in the school was very relaxed and familiar. Our first dive after that long time we did with his wife Gemma. We stayed 83 minutes under water and enjoyed it very much. She took excellent care of us. We saw a lot of fish, corals, sponge and a turtle. After all this time dive home brought us back to diving and we will undertake more dives with them in the next days. Thank you Gemma and thank you Adrien!

After talking with Gemma on the phone we... read more drove over to do a day of diving. Adrian was our Guide and he was amazing. We dove a wreck dive and a reef dive and Adrian was so knowledgeable about the area and the dive sites. We had a great time with them and I would highly recommend this shop for anyone diving in the area. Next time we can't wait to go to the Cenotes with them.

  I booked a day of diving and a Whale Shark tour with Dive Home (Gemma and Adrian) through email and they are wonderful! I was traveling solo and only... read more diving one day, but they were very friendly and accommodating. They also helped me book a Whale Shark tour even though they didn't host the tour. Traveling solo and being the kind of person who needs everything in order, I was a pain. I asked a million questions via email, but they were always responsive and helpful. Once I arrived in Mexico, we switched our communication to Whats App and Gemma kept me in the loop with both tours, so I knew what was going on. My diving was changed from one day to another since I was solo and no one else was going out on the original day. After diving, I was able to leave my gear at a shop they partner with to dry out until the next day. Adrian was the Dive Master for my dives, one to the C-56 Shipwreck and one reef dive. He was great to dive with. He kept an eye on us, but never pushing us anywhere or hurrying us. He gave hand signals on where we were going and kept on the lookout for cool marine life. I would definitely recommend Dive Home to anyone diving in Puerto Morelos!

The owners put all their effort into creating the most memorable experience for their customers. Every time I dove with them they made sure I had the best of times. Everything was on point.

The service combined with the prices leave nothing to complain. I didn't find a cheaper price looking from Playa del Carmen down to Puerto Morelos. This is hence the owners do not believe in creating a fortune on the cost of tourists. However they are interested in their customers' lives and their experiences.

This family owned business is in its developing phase with very small room for improvement hence the service is the best I have experienced in years. As an instructor I know how hard their work can be, which is why I can only recommend their work even further.

kurz zu mir: ich bin ein Padi Specialty Instructor welcher weltweit getaucht und auch in der Tauch-Industrie an vielen Orten gearbeitet hat.

So professionell und dermaßen engagiert wie dieser Shop ist aus meiner Sicht kaum einer. Die Preise hier sind die mit Abstand besten von Playa del Carmen bis runter nach Puerto Morelos.

Es rentiert sich mehr nach Puerto Morelos zu fahren und mit Dive Home tauchen zu gehen, als vor Ort zu gehen, da oft die Tauchshops dort die Preise miteinander aussprechen und somit die Kunden verarschen.

In diesem Familienbetrieb steht der Kunde im Vordergrund. Man wird oft gefragt wie und ob es einen gefällt. Das Interesse am Leben der Kunden ist hier sehr hoch. Ebenfalls wichtig ist für die Besitzer auch der Gesamteindruck welchen man in Mexico gewinnt.

Insgesamt kann ich diesem Betrieb nur die Bestnote geben, da hier die besten Preise auf den besten Service treffen.

  Adrian and Gemma were very friendly and I felt like go diving with friends. Due to some scheduling issue, we had to wait an hour before getting onto the... read more boat. But once we were in the water, my husband and I were amazed by the beauty of this National Park. My husband took a lot of videos and photos and we look at them at least three times since we returned home. The coral reefs are the most vibrant we have seen. We were at the Aquarium for the first dive and the Fish Market for the second dive. We stayed at Fish Market for over 65 minutes, the longest dive I have ever had. Unfortunately, I had some stomach problem before the dive and got seasick at the boat. Vomited a couple of times in between dives. One negative thing is that the boat was too small for the strong waves.

I have gone diving all over the world but I have never seen such beautiful coral formations or so many fish. The “Fish Market” dive had the most numerous and beautiful fish I’ve ever seen. It was my son’s first time diving and Adrián was extremely careful to ensure he was always safe and comfortable. I had also not gone diving for a few years and was quite nervous. The refresher provided along with the care provided made my transition back into diving extremely enjoyable.

The second amazing benefit was the opportunity to meet such a warm and inviting family and experience the kind hospitality of the locals. I really enjoy interacting with the locals wherever I go and this gave us a great chance to meet a very nice family including their two beautiful little daughters and the family dog. They provided snacks, drinks and even cleaned our wetsuits when we were done!

I can’t wait to go back! If you want a diving experience like no other, you must go with Dive Home!
